Here is my newest lot and the first I will be posting on here. I called it Sunny Villa, because it is a large modern villa with lots of windows, fully decorated and it comprises 2 floors with 3 rooms (one being a nursery and the other two are suites), a living room, kitchen, as well as a study & hobby room. The back-yard includes a swimming-pool and an eating area with a barbecue. There is a parking space and small garden in the front.
